Wow. I can’t even begin to speculate on this one. I’m not so sure things would be too drastically different in Gotham, but the island is gonna get pretty creazy, pretty fast.

There are not many individuals capable of dealing with the Joker there. Maybe Sawyer and Sayid are ruthless enough to put a bullet in Joker’s head early on, but there is no guarantee thay would survive the psychopath’s initial assault on the survivors.

    Crazy stuff, admin. Crazy stuff.

this was posted quick, and i thought you would like it mata.

well ben in gotham would end up with batman as a criminal and ben as their new mayor.

and the joker would probably invent gags out of out of whatever he finds on the island, then kill the other island dwellers asoon as he can get home(depending on the joker.)

I think that the biggest problem, on the short term at least, would arise on the island. I mean, Ben has gone pretty soft and a lot more manipulative on our good friends on there, but with the Joker? Man, they’d all be dead in no time, maybe he’d let some of them live just to torture them with their memories, but I doubt he’d have as much fun with them as he had with Batman.

Now, Gotham would witness a major decrease in criminal activity, since Ben is much more… subtle than the Joker, in my opinion. He’d learn his way around the place, and easily shift all the weight on Batman, who would not have much to do. Eventually, the crowd would turn against him and yes, as marche said, Ben would probably end up as the new mayor.

Thats an interesting notion that makes me compare Ben with Luthor in terms of where they fit in DCU.

Ben would manipulate Batman and or the other Gotham villians into accomplishing his own goals, while the Joker would cause a good deal of havoc until he would run straight into the Man in Black/Smoke Monster, a foe even the Joker stands no chance against.
