Honestly, if Goku decides to attack Itachi (he’s way to fast (he’s at least in the Mach 4-5 digits range) and strong), Itachi gets raped. Honestly, Itachi’s techniques make him a potential threat at best really

We shouldn’t be using it anyhow, as all of it is being taken out of context. We can’t assume it’s in real time without watching the entirety of the movie.
I won’t ask about Original!-Tenchi vs Itachi, its gonna be worse than Luke or Goku vs Itachi even if we’re just talking Post-Endor Pre-NJO for the former and we’re only talking Cell-Saga Goku for the latter.
Instead I’m asking how much longer will it take for our Grand General to just erase this beast’s name so I cna focus on two other fights that actually give a dang on my intrigue, really.

First off, let us talk about this ki sense thing. Sensory ninja’s who have powers to sense others with ease, can still fall prey to a genjutsu. Goku is no different, Ki sense, is a technique, its not part of him, he had to learn it. Or rather drink it (lol) but anyway the thing is, when he falls in a genjutsu, he won’t be able to know anything, because Itachi will control his cranial nerves, which surprise surprise is how goku utilizes the ki sense, and how sensory ninja’s fall prey to genjutsu. So goku won’t see through any genjutsu the notion is ubsurd.

Secondly we still have proof that Itach can place the 8 tails within a genjutsu. Tailed beasts have no brain, to control like humans so one must control its full power. The chakra meat business that annoys the crap out of me, is that they are living embodiments of chakra, basically the chakra meat, is basically the chakra used to creat the 9 tails physical form, its not flesh or tubes or anything. So you must control all of it to control a tailed beast.

Finnaly we can end this, Goku’s cranial nerves do not contain a tailed beast chakra, soul told me this. You see that puny amount within Goku’s cranial nerves is much small than that of the 8 tails which means that Itachi can finnaly place goku within a genjutsu, thus hopefully letting this debate come to a close.

Of course we still are arguing about the distance between goku and itachi and why Goku can nail itachi before Itachi can flick his hand, or not being able to look Itachi in the eyes. Goku lets his opponent get into a fighting stance, that is part of his honor, he isn’t going ot attack someone with his hands to his side, that isn’t goku’s way. Goku isn’t bloodlusted in this fight, so he still will be Goku who fights with honor. He will sense Itachi’s puny power level, and then let Itachi get into his fighting stance and poof he is in a genjutsu. Or he will notice itachi’s eye’s change color in any case I can’t really see Goku not being caught in genjutsu.

Furthermore once goku is in genjutsu, we have already decided on this earlier back when 9 of us agreed ITachi would win, (I wish we had submitted for the award then 1,000+ comments ago) but anyway we agreed a basic genjutsu, and while Goku is withing the genjutsu Itachi wil burn him with amertersu, and if Goku manages to break out however rare the chance, ITachi can simply sense the genjutsu about to break off, and place him right back into another. With another point, thus finishing off Goku, or Itachi can tell goku to fall asleep in the genjutsu, thus creating a K.O this is what he was trying to do to Naruto, but Naruto resisted the genjutsu, Goku not knowing what a genjutsu is will fall asleep thus letting Itachi take the win. There were plenty of other options but anyway, can this end this?

If I may sum up the last few pages to this thread…
The argument for Itachi’s side is that genjutsu can be used to trap Goku and eventually kill him, leading to a victory for Itachi.
However, this commits the no limits fallacy that genjutsu can control anyone, regardless of the amount of chakra that person may have.
The argument for this no limits fallacy is that Itachi has not been shown to be able to trap a person with a large amount of chakra or ki as Goku.
An argument is made against this no limits fallacy that burden of proof rests on the ones who make the call the charge of a no limits fallacy, on the grounds that there is no proof which tells us that the amount of chakra one holds would matter to the user of genjutsu, and thus Itachi’s genjutsu should work on Goku.
Circular logic is created as this argument, which attempts to prove genjutsu’s effectiveness, stems from the disproof of a fallacy which attempts to disprove genjutsu’s effectiveness.
Burden of proof still rests on the claim that Itachi’s genjutsu will work on Goku.
Because no such proof can be made, genjutsu would not be effective on Goku. Thus, nothing will be inhibiting Goku’s superior strength and speed, which will allow him to achieve the victory in the form of a speed blitz.
