Onslaught & Apocalypse Vs Darkseid & Trigon

Onslaught & Apacolypse Vs Darkseid & Trigon

Another tag team match that would probably leave the Earth (or any other battleground) in ruins. With so many powers that can be dispersed, the ultimate winner may be the one who has the most endurance –

Who would win this fight?

Onslaught could just alter reality to either banish them back to the DC universe or destroy them entirely. Apocalypse would prove a decent guard and defend Onslaught as he concentrated.

dont underestimate the power of the omega effect.
thou i dont know who the trigon guy is.

    He’s Raven’s father.

Trigon is DC’s version of the Devil. Or A devil at the very least. One bad mamma-jamma.

    As for Onslaught’s power…

I coocked up this match thinking of a way to even things out. Apocalypse is not as powerful as the other three, but Onslaught might make up for that deficiency.

I might be veered to give this to Team Marvel, but it may be more due to fanboy devotion than actual facts. Ill wait to see other arguments before I can make up my mind.

Darkseid and his omegabeams would just erase them all from existence.

trigon and darkseid are, onslaught and apocalypse are marvel.

Somehow, this fight went a lot better in my mind before I suggested it. Meh, you win some, you loose some…

Onslaught (Marvel) – A being created from the psionic fusion of Eric Lesner and Charles Xavier. He later went on to absorb some of the most powerful mutants on the planet, elevating his might to be one of the most powerful beings in all of Earth 616’s universe.

Apocalypse (Marvel) – An External mutant who represents the concept of destruction. Immortal and enhanced in many many ways by Celestial technology. His individual power is still dwarfed by the others, but he can certainly hold his own in a face-to-face combat scenario with the others.

Darkseid (DC) – Until recent developments, he was the absolute ruler of the world of Apokolips. This powerful being is comparable in power to Apocalypse, with the exception of the Omega Effect (which can do some pretty crazy things). This bean is said to not be survivable by any, but Superman and Doomsday have survived it. Also, it has been reflected, which is a MAJOR flaw against these foes. I think he is the second weakest.

Trigon (DC) – Team DC’s Heavyweight. This bad boy is an interdimensional demon that rules over millions of worlds. He can pretty much do anything you can think of, making him a perfect oponent to Onslaught.

Team Marvel has the advantage here, and that is because both beings in the team are essentially immortal while Team DC both have very material forms (and have beed presumably killed already). Trigon could potentially decimate them all, but it is not beyond Onslaught’s power to overtake him telepathically.

Matapiojo, you are not doing darkseid any justice, he’s way more powerfull than apocalypse, he floors the deck with superman and the JLA. For those that know only of marvel, he’s comparable with Thanos in range of power. Sure he’s not as powerfull as he once used to be pre-crisis but he’s still one of dcu most powerful individuals.

“For those that know only of marvel, he’s comparable with Thanos in range of power. ”

Mmmhhh what version of Thanos are you talking about? With the heart of the universe…no way Darkseid is even close to Thanos powers.
Mmhh though I would like to see a Superman vs Thanos duel..would be quite interesting to see.

Onslaught and Apocalypse are highly powerful beings and Onslaught can control reality and some portions of time in space i clearly think that Apocalypse cannot match Darkseid`s true potential but can say Onslaught will be more than a match for both Trigon and Darkseid.

I think people give way too much credit to the Omega Beams. If Superman could withstand them, them Celestially powerful Onslaught wouldn’t even be tickled by them. They could harm Apocalypse, but would not be enough to destroy him.

I think Trigon can take Onslaught quite frankly.
The other two are of no real consequence and hence cancel eachother out, since both onslaught and trigon can demolish the lesser apocalypse and darkseid.

Alright, I think people are severely underestimating Apocalypse in this case. While unable to defeat either Onslaught or Trigon he has stood toe to toe with the Hulk. And in the crossover Hulk>Superman. Still, that simply negates the Apoc Vs Darkseid fight.

It would come down to Onslaught and Trigon and…while I know OF Trigon I didn’t follow him much.

Well, depending one where they’re fighting, the Omega Beams effect changes.
Either way, I think Onslaught provides the easy win for team Marvel, due to his TELEPATHY!

What can Trigon do? I’m thinking Darkseid trumps Apoc here but he won’t be able to do so with Onslaught in his prime.

I ask that you ignore my earlier post. It’s very ignorant and no0bish. I can only say that it was a very early post for me.

Some of these old matches had potential. i’m glad the Showcases got started.

Darkseid and Trigon take this. Darkseid can certainly take Apocalypse, and he can drain other’s powers and energy with his OB, so Onslaught shouldn’t be a problem. Heck, Apocalypse gets sent into the Source Wall with the OB, like Darkseid did to Kalibak. Trigon is definitely in Onslaughts’s tier, and the added bonus of Darkseid means the DC team should take the win.

Darkseid and Trigon should win this. Apocalypse is way out of his league here.
