Team Composite Vs Power 6

Team Composite Vs Power 6

Suggested by CH1C4N0444

Team Composite (Marvel, DC, Godzilla) will go up against Power 6

Composite 616 Hulk, Composite Pre Crisis-New 52 Solomon Grundy, and Composite Godzilla find their way into a portal of a new world of which they’ve never seen. Meanwhile, the worlds of the Power 6 are merged into one massive planet. After having some time to get accustomed to this change, the people of this planet realize there is a massive surge of power that was not there before. They ready a team together to scout out the area. When the scouting team returns they warn the rest of the planet of the three new powerful foes. Can the Power 6 stop the combined might of these three? Or will these three destroy everything in their path?

The Power 6 has access to all named characters who have appeared in theor respective series and all are in their prime. If Team Composite can’t handle the Power 6 then Doomsday, Ghidorah, and Hyperion, all compsites. If the team proves too powerful then the Power 6 receives the aid of the Dragon Ball Universe, pre-Dragon Ball Super.

Who will win?

No offense to CH1, but can someone explain this match to me?

@Friendly Anything in particular? The scenarios are usually rubbish that I try to throw in to give them some reason or some back story as to why they’re fighting.

Bottom line: There goes the Cosmic neighborhood at a Star System near you!

The Power Six basically include One Piece, Toriko, Naruto, D. Gray Man and Soul Eater for sure, it’s either Bleach or Hunter x Hunter for the last one though.

  4. Friendlysociopath January 5, 2016 at 1:21 am -      #4

    Anything in particular?

The Power 6 is pretty much my question- so it’s:
    One Piece
    Toriko
    Naruto
    D. Gray Man
    Soul Eater
    and Bleach?

If so, there’s got to be at least one hax person for each of those that can just BFR/incapacitate all 3 of the Team Composite members.

Yes to all but Toriko and Soul Eater. It’s Hunter x Hunter and Reborn instead.

While not a Hulk feat, RSH was able to punch her way to another dimension if need be, and Doc Green has a device that’s capable of transporting him to other universes and timelines.

Also, on top of Dragon Ball, they’ll get access to Toriko and Fairy Tail should the team be proven to be taken down as is.

Just for clarification- Composite Godzilla is just the base Godzilla in all his incarnations? Or are you counting Mecha and Spacegodzilla in the composite?

That said, Godzilla in hell managed to actually blow up the Earth

“That said, Godzilla in hell managed to actually blow up the Earth”

He appears to be on Earth when he comes back, though so.. we’re not really sure what the fuck is going on. Issue 3 is a huge step away from the rest of the story done by the other artists. He also kills a Space Godzilla – Satan fused super monster and kicks God’s ass in that issue, mind you.

@Friendly Mecha and Space Godzilla count as well as Biollante.

Mecha and Space Godzilla count as well as Biollante.

Well, presumably Mecha Godzilla would make him immune to mental tricks via… being a robot. That removes a fair bit of the hax that could bother him.

Space Godzilla gives him flight and TK.
Biollante gives him… poison added to his breath?

  11. CH1C4N0444 is allergic to bullets January 5, 2016 at 5:23 pm -      #11

@Friendly He’s also able to turn things into giant diamonds IIRC.
    =
Worth mentioning that all three of them are going to have a death aura.

Hulk’s was able to melt a container that was said to smother a nuclear war head and was going to melt the whole city even after that. He eventually calmed down though. Lesser feats would include melting bullets inches from his face and burning a man’s face off once he took his protective gear off.

Earth 2 N52 Grundy grew stronger from doing it, and unlike Hulk was actively doing it. IIRC that’s the only reason anyone was able to be around him. I’ll have to double check though.

And IIRC Burning Godzilla was able to boil the water around him and I’m sure there other incarnations that had this as well. I do recall Sauro bringing a few up in Kain vs Godzilla

“Well, presumably Mecha Godzilla would make him immune to mental tricks via… being a robot. That removes a fair bit of the hax that could bother him.”

That mecha godzilla would be kiryu, which is a cyborg. It’s built around his bones and his computer uses his DNA base code or some shit.

I presume this is why the dead godzilla can take control every so often.

I’m just gonna post more than five links, doesn’t seem like this’ll pick up anyways.

So, I was wrong on the universe teleportation. He had a bracelet like device that he preprogrammed to get Lyra(Thundra and Hulk’s daughter from Earth 8009)back to her reality, though it was sabotaged.

    3.bp.blogspot.com/-FRDMDdROOuo/VNtWJ-tfkgI/AAAAAAAH6MM/hPDQGSwKlTA/s1600/p24_14%2Bcopy.jpg

But the teleporter that allows him to travel through time is still his.

And since I mentioned Hulk’s death aura esque thing, here it is:

He eventually calmed down enough to not destroy NYC. Also, you can notice that he tore his own face off and heals that back later.

Has a significantly smaller one here:

    static.comicvine.com/uploads/scale_super/12/123441/3678984-hulk+ability+gamma+waves+melt+down+%281%29.png

He was dying in the second one and that’s what caused that one.
    =
Like Grundy(which I’ll go over after this)he has a pretty good regen. One of his best feats being when he was seared down to the bone and still came back:

    static.comicvine.com/api/image/original/2739341-savagehulkhealingfactor05x_manhulkannual1998.jpg

Literally reattaches his head to his body. Although it does take a while.

I can post all the scans in between those two, but I don’t feel like unless I’m asked to.

Worth noting that his healing factor was also being messed with, during all of WWH. Which is relevant for the scans above that one with Cho and the poison Camilla Black used.

Has his neck broken by Maestro and heals in what seems to be a few days in the comic.

Another very good healing feat as Prof Hulk.

So, his healing factor was at 7% after Zeus beat him down.

So, for Grundy’s death aura is kinda weird. It has a demonstrated range from Washington DC to Poland.

He also gains strength from the life he sucks up. as seen in that last scan. Worth mentioning that a soldier says it’s happening all over the world and that people, animals, and plants are all dying. So it’s possible he’s selective on what he drains and what he doesn’t

    2.bp.blogspot.com/-67Wt5Dg7Ans/UwtRQdsSh7I/AAAAAAAAsXk/Of7MnMzXfww/s1600/p4_4.jpg

Three other countries were being affected and Sloan mentions that the whole world was dying.

    1.bp.blogspot.com/-yj2rgPo9zkE/UwtRiCnceTI/AAAAAAAAsc4/P8-GivXqbx4/s1600/p6_7.jpg

I said it’s selective because he doesn’t always seem to use a death aura alone and sometimes uses tendrils to suck the life out of things.

    3.bp.blogspot.com/-3mPKGA8js64/UwtRTt5kI7I/AAAAAAAAsYg/a1ZY6sxMzI4/s1600/p5_1.jpg

His tendrils also seem like they affect buildings and streets, although this isn’t really consistent showing.

    3.bp.blogspot.com/-_CdTiXkEJ48/UwtRFETZtdI/AAAAAAAAsUg/9BUFzzQDLHY/s1600/p3_17.jpg

You can see cracks form on the ground where all the people were as well as the Washington Monument above where the vines were. Worth mentioning that people are obviously missing from bottom panel that were in the middle panel. Which kinda makes me assume that he chooses when to use it and when not to.

    1.bp.blogspot.com/-mCKRXqKtdUk/VFzNVJDsRmI/AAAAAAAFzn8/eZ62MWknEPs/s1600/p11_2%2Bcopy.jpg

So, the more that die in this battle the more Grundy will be able to use minions. Also seen in that scan and a few others, but Grundy can shape his body and come out of the vines that he spawns as he wills.

Did I go through each and every N52 appearance of Grundy and post all relevant feats for him yes, yes I did.
    =
The way I see it, the longer Team Composite is there the less likely the Power 6+friends(if it’s determined that the team are two powerful to handle as is)are going to have to be able to take them down. Grundy will be able to spawn more minions and take them down, Hulk will be able to absorb there attacks, and Godzilla, is well, Godzilla. Not only that but getting close to them could be pretty damaging considering all of their death auras. Then there’s the fact that the three of them all have some of the best regen out there, with Lobo and Madcap probably being the best.

Godzilla has been cut apart and healed as it went by. Probably the best example is in his fight with Destroyah.

    =
I already posted multiple feats for Grundy’s regen. Although, I’d keep in mind that those are only for N52 Grundy. Still need to go search for Pre and Post Crisis. But as of N52 Grundy’s main tactic is to get cut in half regularly. The only thing that actually put him down was forcing Earth 2’s Green Lantern(who is more like Swamp Thing than a GL…*shrugs*)to absorb his essence/power/being/other-descriptor-for-what-happened. Besides that butting him in a situation where he couldn’t heal fast enough for his regen to overcome worked, like what Zhao did when he was reducing him to dust.
    =
The only one I’m not sure is Hulk. I’m not sure if I should use piercing/piercing durability feats for that one or if I should find durability against energy attacks…As far as I know, Hulk’s never had to deal with a slashing/piercing attack that was ever capable of splitting the moon and while the energy attacks he’s dealt with have including planet busting energies, none of them have ever struck me as piercing/slashing-esque attacks. Hulk actually has a pretty good track record of not being cut apart by things, with the only exception being adamantium weapons(like with Wolvie)or something similar(for example, a sword that could cut atoms pierced him).

    Woahohoho… Is this pre-crises doomsday?

Edit: oh right, composite, even better.
So IF anyone manages to kill that thing, it becomes a virus and takes over whoever killed it.
Only known way to put an end to it is flying into a blackhole. Which doesn’t exist on the battlefield.

  21. Sauroposeidon January 8, 2016 at 8:01 am -      #21

“Heals back from nothing but a skeleton.”

It should be noted that he was in Hell. There are special rules in hell, but he did heal back, yes. That particular image is NOT showing it, however.

If you want to see what’s actually going on, here is the issue.

    www.comicastle.org/read-godzilla-in-hell-2015-chapter-5-page-1.html

    SPOILERS AHEAD

Godzilla’s final trial was to overcome his pride and to intentionally allow himself to lose before he could pass back in to the realm of the living. Once he conquered his most difficult opponent, himself, he was able to defeat Hell, which is really just a twisted reflection of the sinner you have become, and escape.

That scene in particular depicts the hell bats “becoming” him after they devoured his flesh and “became one” with him or some shit. We’ll never really know with out narration but presumably that’s the case. Up until that point, he’d been ignoring or killing them if I recall.

The “full body atomic ray” attack he has while bonded with the Hell Bats is pretty fucking cool, though.

    END SPOILERS.

Okay so which side does everyone think needs the “back up team” so far?
I pretty much know nothing about Power 6, but am definitely interested in debating the comic/dbz dudes. Anyone wanna fill me up on that team?

  23. Friendlysociopath January 8, 2016 at 10:55 am -      #23

Okay so which side does everyone think needs the “back up team” so far?

I still think Team Composite needs the back-up, there’s just a ton of firepower and hax awaiting to just bombard them.
While each of them is durable as hell (ha) and regens extremely quickly, they’re outnumbered and have almost no chance of destroying all of the enemy team before some manner of hax or BFR works to stop them.

  24. Numinous One January 8, 2016 at 9:11 pm -      #24

This basically comes down to both teams needing their backup from what I can see, which then turns into needing to think of an esoteric way of putting down Doomsday without inadvertently buffing him.

  25. CH1C4N0444 is allergic to bullets January 9, 2016 at 4:43 am -      #25

“Okay so which side does everyone think needs the “back up team” so far?”

The back up team is only if they’re needed, as in, one side is stomping the other hard. If it’s about even, but one side is pulling above the other, then they won’t necessarily be needed. It’s less throw them on the loosing side and more assurance to make sure that one side isn’t getting stomped.
    =
“there’s just a ton of firepower”

I’d say the Team has more firepower than them.
    =
    “hax ”

Besides BFRing, what else have will they have to deal with? I know Naruto has sealing techniques, but besides that, what else? Can’t remember much more besides that. Well, genjutsu, but if I recall it affects your chakra, which none of Team Composite should have, or even something EC.
    =
    “BFR works to stop them.”

Still think Hulk’s teleportation should help against that. I posted the time travelling(which in Marvel is usually universe travelling as well)teleportatioin feat. If not Grundy using the dead of enemies could help with that.
    =
“This basically comes down to both teams needing their backup from what I can see, which then turns into needing to think of an esoteric way of putting down Doomsday without inadvertently buffing him.”

Don’t know, Grundy and Doomsday get stronger from their death auras. Grundy can reanimate the dead(which would prove pretty useful in this fight, being able to use their own opponents against them). And Doomsday can adapt to powers on the fly, which makes me think I should’ve used him in the first as opposed to Grundy. Makes killing him even harder since he adapts to things that have killed him previously.
    =
I’m still kinda curious on how well the characters are going to do against the multiple death auras that will be around them. Hulk was going to destroy NYC even after melting through a container meant to smother nukes. There’s a few other feats, I posted and one more that I’ll post later, but kinda need more information(need the next issue to come out, but apparently Hulk having a meltdown, heh, was going to set the entire Kenyan Coast on fire, despite being one mile off the coast and it seems like he was under water from the panels)on it before I put it up. And Godzilla was going to melt through the Earth and IIRC Space Godzilla was able to turn an entire planet into a giant space diamond. And having Rulk’s power is going to be good against energy attacks(which, also empower him), which is going to make it really hard for them to deal with him when CQC might be their only option and he’s putting out radiation on that level. .
    =
The Power Six’s best chance, in my opinion, would be to find a way to put Hulk down so that the Team Composite won’t have a way to get back once BFR’d. That’s going to be easier said than done considering Rulk’s power set will give Hulk(just a reminder but, Compound Hulk is Hulk and Rulk fusion schlitzilla.files.wordpress.com/2013/04/comphulk.jpg )pretty decent energy absorption. Not to mention having Captain Universe powers will probably expound on that and give him some neat tricks to play with as well.
    =
Going to need to look for PreC-PostC feats for Grundy. I’ve only ever been able to find N52 feats though.

  26. Numinous One January 9, 2016 at 5:59 am -      #26

“Well, genjutsu, but if I recall it affects your chakra, which none of Team Composite should have, or even something EC.”

Nah, Kaguya was putting people without Chakra into Genjutsu’s back when she was ruling the world and all that.
So it should be a viable option still.
