Um, isn’t Mercer out of his league here? I mean he’s got regen so long as biomass is available but I don’t think he can hang with the likes of Thor.

So since its not specified I’m assuming N52 Faora and most recent combat capable incarnation of 616 Thor Odinson? Or is fem Thor meant?

Also yeah this seems stacked a bit…granted I have no idea what Melzalgald can do

“I have no idea what Melzalgald can do”
    – A punch from Melzagald [ }
    – And he can split, dunno if his strength is the same for each body or if strength is split among the bodies, though. [ ]
    – And he can regen from… a lot of damage fairly quickly:
    1 [ ]
    2 [ ]
Time frame between [1] and [2] is the Samuri guy telling the knight guy that he won’t let the knight guy’s swordsmanship end there.
    – Isn’t even fazed by… 7(?) holes in his body. [ ]
    – Each head has a “heart”, destroying that is the only known way to kill him but even total destruction of a head won’t do that (… somehow)
    Total distruction of a head: [ ]
Regen of the head in seconds [ ]
    – Okay, that’s enough… well, one more, here is a “heart”, each head as a “heart.” [ ] destroying the heart will kill the head, when all heads are dead Melzalgald is dead.
    – Oh, and he can fly, obviously.

So how well can he fight when Faora and Thor pop the planet like a balloon after beating the shit out of each other for a few minutes at full force? Because if both are going all out trying to kill each other that’s the only realistic outcome.

And realistically would he or Mercer be able to survive the shockwaves from the punches that will be inevitably popping the planet? Or is this basically Faora vs Thor with a couple minutes of cannon fodder sidekicks like the Wonder Woman and Batman vs Thor and Cap fight was?

Forgot to mention, it’s movie versions of Faora and Thor.

In that case I wonder if Mercer can absorb Faora since he’s not going to just be vaporized the moment she and Thor start fighting.

I think Melzalgald is a match for MCU Thor (though I am admittedly ignorant of how strong Thor has been shown to be) and I am almost 99% sure it could destroy Mercer.

Hmmm, Mercer’s last incarnation was well fed off of people who where just as physically capable as he was.
He’s casually able to dodge missiles and tank fire, could throw tanks at helicopters, and needed outside help to survive a 20KT nuke (think that was the yield).
Thor, is Thor. He probably has the highest durability and striking power out of everyone here, but is also probably the slowest. He was able to react to fight the Hulk and pretty even ground, and Hulk was smacking away Hulk buster pieces and caught an ejection seat (I think I found those go at Mach 1.5 or something), and MJOLNIR can go to orbit and back relatively quickly.
Don’t recall Melzalgald doing much besides being hard to kill… Lotta the S classes were having trouble with him so that’s pretty impressive on his part.
Faora was capable of fighting Supes and that’s impressive in and of itself. She seemed faster than him and more skilled. Didn’t she survive being punted into multiple trains, or was that the other one?

Pretty sure this is way out of Mercers league.

    I think:
is pretty damn strong. Looks easily like a multi-building buster.
