Hmm, interesting- Jason does have his lightning but Eren has regen and you have to hit the right spot.
–
Jason also doesn’t have Percy’s healing factor- if Eren gets one good hit on him Jason’s going to be hurt pretty badly.
–
Jason is also really not the wimpy time to hang back and spam lightning, he wants to get at his opponent and beat him up.
Tell me SOMEBODY’S got the Chameleon Armor ready this time around! -_-
Otherwise just nab a paintball gun and shoot me in the kneecaps!

Also since when was Eren Jaeger Nuke-proof or something?
Eren can dish out The PAIN on Kirito on a good day, but the last I checked Jason of New Rome’s been used to flight beyond a few minutes far longer than Kirito was.
So what’s happened in latest Attack on Titan news?
Well Eren’s Titan form isn’t too much bigger than the giants that Jason fought already, and if I remember right he used a fairly decent combination of lightning and physical attacks on them.
He doesn’t know the weakness true, but he’s going to be able to cause way more damage than Eren is going to expect from a human sized target.
Knocking Porphyrion to his knees and using lightning, also a stab to the neck.
“Piper’s heart could’ve floated out of her body. At the top of the nearest colonnade stood Jason, his sword gleaming gold in the sun. Frank stood at his side, his bow ready. Hazel sat astride Arion, who reared and whinnied in challenge.
With a deafening blast, a white-hot bolt arced from the sky, straight through Jason’s body as he leaped, wreathed in lightning, at the giant king.
–
Jason fell on King Porphyrion with such force that the giant crumpled to his knees – blasted with lightning and stabbed in the neck with a golden gladius.”
Blood of Olympus
–
Jason was able to blast the Giant Porphyrion back with wind.
“Jason advanced.
Porphyrion lashed out wildly with his spear, but Jason cut it in half with his gladius. He charged in, jabbing his sword through the giant’s breastplate, then summoned the winds and blasted Porphyrion off the edge of the cliff.”
Blood of Olympus
–
and I forgot but the Giants had crazy regen too so…yeah this is pretty normal for Jason outside of a human turning into a Giant. And he won’t need a god to actually kill Eren…he’ll just have to hit the right spot.
“Frank ran out of arrows. He changed into a rhinoceros and leaped into battle, but as fast as he could knock down the giants they got up again. Their wounds seemed to be healing faster.”
Blood of Olympus
–
but seems like at least with Giants Jason is willing to use his elemental powers fairly out the gate.
Polybotes smacked Jason with his Trident, though Jason was wreathed in wind at the time
–
“Polybotes turned. ‘You are a pest, son of Jupiter. You will be crushed!’
Jason tried to summon more lightning. Nothing happened. If he ever met his dad, he’d have to petition for an increased daily allowance of bolts.
Jason managed to avoid the prongs of the trident again, but the giant swung the other end around and smacked him in the chest.
Jason reeled back, stunned and in pain. Polybotes came in for the kill. Just before the trident would have perforated him, Jason’s ventus acted on its own. It spiralled sideways, whisking Jason thirty feet across the courtyard.”
Blood of Olympus.

Or Jason could always threaten Eren with the mighty power of merchandising rights.
” ‘If Gaia wakes,’ Jason said. ‘The mighty Kymopoleia can help us make sure that never happens. Then all demigods will honour you big-time!’
‘Will they cower?’ Kym asked.
‘Tons of cowering! Plus your name in the summer programme. A custom-designed banner. A cabin at Camp Half-Blood. Two shrines. I’ll even throw in a Kymopoleia action figure.’
‘No!’ Polybotes wailed. ‘Not merchandising rights!’ “
I don’t know, Eren’s strength when it comes to his titan form was pretty good, enough to punch off a large Titan’s head. If he does land a hit…you know what, durability feats! Yes, how strong a hit can he take, because just going off of a staff hit doesn’t really tell me anything if I don’t read the books.
