Now he takes on The Dragon himself, Dracula. Does he have what it takes to win?

Rules:

So going from the Tags Rookie used I’m guessing this is Castlevania Dracula?

Well, we know Percy’s sword will work on him since he is very much not a normal human.
I don’t think he has any particular weakness to running water.
And Percy can resist Time Stops and Slows so long as he has water near him.

    Cap Guy:
“Alright kiddies gather round- gather round- have we got something special for you today!”
“Percy my boy, there’s a vampire with a grudge and some serious dark magic gunning for you.”
“Dracula- my man- you’ve got to go fight the son of a sea god- best of luck.”
    “LET’S GET IT ON!”

I was wondering where I dropped the cap.

So just to be clear, which Dracula is this?

IT’S WAR BETWEEN LEGENDS, MONTHS OR EVEN YEARS IN THE MAKING!!!

I LIVE for days like these, anyone wants to think of starting a party without me, make sure to Permaban me or be bloody sure I’m avoiding Bridges like the Plague why won’t you!?

If we be talking Max Powered Dracul here, are Styx Enhancements or Nemean Lion Armor getting noted.
Even without either, I’m there for the Front-lines and Supervising Combat Plans, wherever I’m needed more really.

*Puts on shades knowing this day’s gonna be heated today*

I’m right here, right now, I’ll save the self-blaming for when fighting’s not in the way!

We got War Plans ready or what!?

I’d have to know which Dracula is in play before I make a decision.

Castlevania Dracula (Lords of Shadow )

But when I see the pictures Dracula untold Dracula would be a good fight against movie Percy, but that’s another fight for another time I guess

    Thanks for posting Rookie

    Aight.

What can this version of Drac do?

  7. Amm0vamp1r3 September 15, 2015 at 9:36 am -      #7

Basic Dracula things w a splash of some special demon juju in there

    He has mastered 3 weapons
    -The Void Sword
    wiki.konami-castlevania.com/combat/void-sword/
    -The Chaos Claws
    wiki.konami-castlevania.com/combat/chaos-claws/
    -The Shadow whip
    wiki.konami-castlevania.com/combat/shadow-whip/

Each with a different way of bringing destruction
the void sword not only drains the life of the people it strikes, it heals Gabriel and can freeze people

The Chaos claws allows Gabriel to hit harer than he normally does, but they are also imbued with fire, which is hot enough to vaporize steel, and one attack which burns victims soul

The Shadow whip, can tear away life force as well but it doesn’t heal Gabriel, not much is special about it outside of the reach advantage it normally gives Gabriel

  8. Nsl98 September 15, 2015 at 9:56 am -      #8

So it seems like most of those items affect the soul or life force in some way.

Water has healed Percy’s soul before, so at least he has a defense against that.

  9. Amm0vamp1r3 September 15, 2015 at 10:11 am -      #9

Yes then some form or fashion

Dracula also has sub weapons and vampiric powers, some not useful in my opinion but ill put the information out there

    -Bats
    wiki.konami-castlevania.com/combat/bat-swarm/
    -Mist Form
    wiki.konami-castlevania.com/combat/mist-form/
    -Dragon From
    wiki.konami-castlevania.com/combat/talisman-of-the-dragon/
    -Tear of A Saint
    wiki.konami-castlevania.com/combat/tears-of-a-saint/
    -Stolas Clock
    wiki.konami-castlevania.com/combat/stolas-clock/

The Bats are a distraction attack Dracula can use he sends a group of bats out and they flutter around people, attacking and possibly drinking their blood because after they disperse the person is left in an vunerable state

Mist form is kind of obvious, he turns into mist and is safe against physical attacks, he is invisible also and lastly he can be dense enough to carry people into the air

Dragon form again obvious, he turns into a dragon, what happens after that im not sure but everyone on screen is killed or heavily damaged

Tears of a saint is a healing potion

Stolas clock, covers the enemy in ash, and when struck by Dracula they are sent into the air in sort of a suspended animation type deal. Making combos easierr maintain

Shit, I thought this was main series Drac at first.
    ….BRB, suggesting Soma vs DIO.

  11. Friendlysociopath September 15, 2015 at 11:50 am -      #11

Let’s see- guess I’ll post some Percy Jackson quotes:

“Ten thousand gallons of salt water crashed into the monster. I leaped over its head, uncapped Riptide, and slashed with all my might at the creature’s neck.”
Percy manipulating large amounts of water

“The first skeleton fired. Time slowed down. I won’t say I could see the bullet, but I could feel its path, the same way I felt currents in the ocean. I deflected it off the edge of my blade and kept charging”
Percy can block a bullet after it’s fired

“Percy was fighting like a whirlwind. In fact..he was a whirlwind. A miniature hurricane of water and ice vapor churned around him as he waded through the enemy, knocking Roman ghosts away, deflecting arrows and spears.”
Percy creates a whirlwind around him that deflects projectiles and people

“Then [Percy] slammed Riptide into the ice at his feet. The entire glacier shuddered. Ghosts fell to their knees. Behind Percy, a wave of gray water even taller than the glacier. Water shot from the chasms and crevices in the ice. As the water hit, the back half of the camp crumbled. The entire edge of the glacier peeled away, cascading into the void-carrying buildings, ghosts, and Percy Jackson over the edge.”
Percy manipulating enough water to release “several hundred acres of newly open water” from how much of the glacier he destroyed

“[Piper] rolled to the edge of the road and looked back, dazed and horrified, as [Percy and Jason] crossed swords, gold against bronze. Sparks flew. Their blades blurred-strike and parry-and the pavement trembled. The first exchange only lasted a second, but Piper couldn’t believe the speed of their sword fighting.”
Percy shakes the ground with the force of his strikes

“The blood was gone. Where the huge cut had been, there was a long white scratch, and even that was fading. As I watched, it turned into a small scar, and disappeared.”
When in contact with water Percy gains regen that makes wounds vanish quickly

“I could see where Ares was tensing. I could tell which way he would strike. At the same time, I was aware of Annabeth and Grover, thirty feet to my left…”
Percy can figure out his opponent’s fighting style in a few minutes at best- allowing him to predict their moves.
Also he has borderline Spider-Sense with how aware he is of everything around him while he fights- he lists like 15 things he “notices” and the page I grabbed the quote from clipped the rest out.

So in this fight we see Alucard (Dracula’s son Trevor) and Simon (Son Of Trevor) fighting Dracula. Dracula using a lot of his shadow whip in this one, we also see him use his blood dagger in flurrys, we see him use mind control on simon and we see his speed when he dodges strikes from Simon with out even looking. We also see that Dracula can fly for a little bit, he can manipulate his whip to the effect of holding Alucard up in the air for a short while

Btw… where IN Greenland? That’s more than a little vague.

Granted, if they start off in a city Percy would still have water all around him since he can grab it from pipes very easily.

  16. Ninja Lowk September 15, 2015 at 7:35 pm -      #16

    “Btw… where IN Greenland?”

clearly it would be the place where all the hulks are. Duh.

I’d guess somewhere where there’s water, like near the ice bergs or something. Or at a hotel near a pool… does greenland have pools? Thats the one where it’s really cold everywhere right?

I mean its all Ice so I thought any of it would be fair game lol, I didn’t put to much though into where

I mean its all Ice so I thought any of it would be fair game

Well Percy manipulates water specifically, I don’t think he can do the same with ice exactly; which is why I asked.

Well Percy manipulates water specifically, I don’t think he can do the same with ice exactly; which is why I asked.

Greenland has a ton of ice but also a very large collection of streams and rivers. Also, if the fight is in the summer all those glaciers are covered with a thin film of water.

Percy can use the water located in a body can’t he?

  20. Kitten Lord September 17, 2015 at 7:25 am -      #20

Dracula does not have a weakness to water but I am not sure how he would react if Percy did end up controlling a lot of water.

    How fast is percy?

  21. Amm0vamp1r3 September 17, 2015 at 10:26 am -      #21

    Who’s there?

    No one

  22. Friendlysociopath September 17, 2015 at 10:47 am -      #22

    No one

    No one who?

    How fast is percy?

Fast enough to cut a handgun bullet out of the air after it leaves the barrel in terms of fighting speed.
For movement speed in that same scene he cuts down said enemy before it could pull the trigger again and cuts down another opponent before they could even fire the first time.

Rag and NS said he might be hypersonic in water because he goes fast enough that “a normal human would burst like a balloon”.

  23. Amm0vamp1r3 September 17, 2015 at 11:03 am -      #23

    No one who?

No one who……No..one…who………I got nothing. I should have chose a different set up

    As for speed

    Dracula:

He has the feat of blocking nergals lighting which I think Mea calced over in Kain vs Dracula or said something about it. Ill have to look

He has dodged quite a few whip attacks from Simon and Victor. Ill have to look through Lords of shadow 1 again but I don’t think he did much speed wise in there

He can spin/swing his sword fast enough to create a sort of vacuum effect to pull armored soldiers to him

That’s all I got off the top of my head, ill have to look again

  24. Nsl98 September 17, 2015 at 1:40 pm -      #24

Percy is actually Mach 4.something in the water. So just under hypersonic (Mach 5). It’s still fast though.

He has the feat of blocking nergals lighting

    Was this real lightning?

  25. Amm0vamp1r3 September 17, 2015 at 1:46 pm -      #25

    Was this real lightning?

Actually scratch that it was determined Dracula aim blocked that.

  26. Kitten Lord September 17, 2015 at 2:56 pm -      #26

I would say Percy may be too fast for Draculas normal speed but I am not sure how he has dealt with teleportation. Dracula can also throw fireballs and what not.

What is percies durability/heat resistance and what have you? If Dracula got a teleport drop on him and sliced at him with the void sword would it pierce percy?

  27. Nsl98 September 17, 2015 at 3:13 pm -      #27

Percy has had lava poured on him and was fine, the exact quote just says that he takes longer to burn then most demigods.

He’s also been struck by lightning that has completely atomized and lightning that has disentegrated monsters. He was perfectly fine from those too.

And the sword would most likely pierce him, but shouldn’t be too much of an issue. He solo’d a monster army after being stabbed multiple times, while in Tarturus where he was being actively weakened.

There is also the matter of his healing factor that he gets while in water…

  28. Friendlysociopath September 17, 2015 at 3:18 pm -      #28

What is percies durability/heat resistance and what have you?

Heat resistance has Percy quite literally having lava covering him to no ill effect for a length of time, though more of it being placed on him for a longer duration was starting to work on him.
Durability has him being thrown through the air like a golf ball nigh constantly and only ever being stunned.
Also being point-blank at the heart of a volcanic eruption and surviving.

    would it pierce percy?

Yeah, Percy can’t deflect blades with his skin.

  29. Amm0vamp1r3 September 17, 2015 at 3:22 pm -      #29

The chaos claws are 1,300-1,500 degrees since they can vape steel, quick google search says lava is 750-1250 Celsius

Could someone fact check that for me?

as for the lighting Dracula has taken lighting as well, both in human form and in Vampire form. Neither killed him obviously but neither was a pleasant ride either.
    1) Laura struck him with lighting, her lighting could cause ghouls to explode and melt through chain
    2) Nergal struck him and Nergals lighting….no feats of destruction actually

Then again the lighting he took as a vampire was when he was in a weakened state as opposed to being at full power

  30. Friendlysociopath September 17, 2015 at 3:31 pm -      #30

Could someone fact check that for me?

Yeah, any heat that melts/vaporizes metal tends to be hotter than lava; at least for immediate concerns.

  31. Kitten Lord September 17, 2015 at 3:39 pm -      #31

    @Friendly

“Yeah, Percy can’t deflect blades with his skin.”

In that case a teleport stab may work if Dracul went for it. Hes been in a physical grapple a few times in the games so I wonder, can Percy match his 10-20 man strength?

  32. Friendlysociopath September 17, 2015 at 3:46 pm -      #32

In that case a teleport stab may work if Dracul went for it.

Probably wouldn’t, Percy has a sort of “ADHD” that lets him keep track of an entire battlefield. The moment Dracula appears Percy would know where he is- which is then back to reaction-times where we started.

can Percy match his 10-20 man strength?

    10-20?
    www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUcUz5Vo6iw
No, Percy’s physical stats are nothing like that.

  33. Amm0vamp1r3 September 17, 2015 at 3:52 pm -      #33

Dracula is more rip your heart than stab you in the back. Then again he has feats of impaling people so its not out of his character to do so

I think you’re missing the part where Percy got stabbed multiple times and kept fighting. Which I brought up in my earlier post.

I think you’re missing the part where Percy got stabbed multiple times and kept fighting. Which I brought up in my earlier post.

Well Dracula is stabbing you with an icy, void sword. So you freeze after he stabs you…not sure if that went on in the post you put forth earlier ill have to reread it

  37. Nsl98 September 17, 2015 at 6:24 pm -      #37

So you freeze after he stabs you

Oh, I didn’t know it froze you.

Yeah, that could probably give Drac a good chance at victory.

  38. Amm0vamp1r3 September 17, 2015 at 7:09 pm -      #38

Yeah it freezes you, he did it to Zobek when he stabbed him.

Screw Comic Vine. I’m glad we have honest people here.

    They turned this:
The first skeleton fired. Time slowed down. I won’t say I could see the bullet, but I could feel its path, the same way I felt currents in the ocean. I deflected it off the edge of my blade and kept charging.

    Into this:
Dozens of skeletons fired. Time slowed down. I could see the salvo of bullets, I could feel their path, the same way I felt currents in the ocean. I deflected hundreds of bullets using the edge of my blade and kept charging.

Oh, and they claim that he’s lightspeed due to his fight with Hyperion.

    Into this:

I rather hope that’s just one user being an ass- I somehow doubt an entire site collectively got together to misrepresent a novel character.

Still, teleport stab would only help if Percy couldn’t deal with it- I happen to have faith that he can via his ADHD.

annnnnnnd back to undefined and hours worth of editing time.

The entirety of the thread was believing it and debating it as normal.

Know what- please link it- I have to see this.

    Yeah, hax instinct ftw

  42. Amm0vamp1r3 September 23, 2015 at 9:15 pm -      #42

Has Percy dealt with teleporting before, im guessing he has but just to cross T’s and dot the I’s

Because learning someones fighting style, seeing muscles twitch and feeling air vibrations while well and good seem a tad different from moving from one place to the next instantly. The air vibrations may still be there (I don’t see why they wouldn’t) but the muscle twitching I doubt. Especially since Dracula tends to disappear into a puff of smoke

  43. Friendlysociopath September 23, 2015 at 9:42 pm -      #43

Has Percy dealt with teleporting before

Actually he may not have in combat, I certainly can’t recall any off the top of my head, but my knowledge of Percy has faded since he was a regular occurrence.

Seriously, Link it please- I need to see this.

Hmm, the real quote was posted and then the false one was posted later; I would guess that most people just assumed it was truth.

That Naruto wank though, lightspeed before the Shinobi exam? Geez.
    Bleh, Percy is lightspeed too?

I’ve noticed something about other sites- everyone ALWAYS finds a way to say someone is FTL. It makes me immediately mistrust everyone involved and their judgement.

  46. Jake_Uzumaki September 24, 2015 at 12:17 am -      #46

The Chuunin exams thing probably comes from the whole Haku thing, which is a misunderstanding of his power. Within the mirrors he moves at the speed of light so if he goes from one mirror to the next without leaving them he’s moving lightspeed.
However when he leaves the mirror he’s only going at normal for that period supersonic speeds.

There is one arguable thing from the Fourth Shinobi War arc where one of Madara’s attacks is described as the speed of light by the Databook, and the attack itself is a beam of light, and Naruto does dodge the attack from essentially point blank. However I’m personally against using that as evidence as it feels very much like an outlier

  47. Amm0vamp1r3 October 9, 2015 at 11:58 am -      #47

Well since Percy vs Ganon is live an active I thought id give this a bump

  49. Amm0vamp1r3 October 9, 2015 at 12:15 pm -      #49

Yeah lastly we were talking about Dracula’s teleportin and if percy’s ADD would allow him to adjust it
