   With a base attack stat of 135, another Pokemon, Tyranitar, is a mountain buster. Maps need to be rewritten after a fight involving a Tyranitar. To quote from the pokedex’s.
   –
   “Extremely strong, it can change the landscape. ”
   –
   “In just one of its mighty hands, it has the power to make the ground shake and mountains crumble.”
   –
   “Tyranitar is so overwhelmingly powerful, it can bring down a whole mountain to make its nest.”
   –
   ” it can even change surrounding landforms.”
   –
   “If it rampages, it knocks down mountains and buries rivers. Maps must be redrawn afterward.”
   –
   “The quakes caused when it walks make even great mountains crumble and change the surrounding terrain.”
   –
   In comparison, Deoxys has 150 base attack and special attack in its normal form. It can shape shift to an attack form which holds a whopping 180 attack and special attack.
   –
   Also as a note of comparison, Mewtwo has a Special Attack stat of 154. In the animes we’ve seen it as being virtually unstoppable, in the newer one using relatively weak moves such as Swift to crush opponents, and in the older one, Mewtwo intended to life wipe the planet, at least of humans.

   This implies that Deoxys in its base form would baby shake The God Emperor’s Primarchs.. In its attack form, it’s powerful enough to wipe out life on this planet at least.

   Deoxys’ signature move is Psycho Boost, where it it presumably boosts its own psycho power to unleash some kind of enormous, orb-like burst attack. If it strikes the target, their special attack stat is halved. Special Attack in pokemon is analogous to “energy attack”. Does that dragon breath fire? Its flame is now half as strong. Does that Psyker have psionic attack powers? Now half as strong. That wizard’s chain lightning? A sparkle show now.

   It also learns Cosmic Power, which when used, makes it more durable to both Attack and Special Attack moves.

   As well as Teleport, doesn’t need explanation.

   It also learns Recover, which allow sit to heal itself.
   –
   It also has a very wide range of learnable moves from things like TM’s which it can bring to the fight, but I thought I’d limit it to four moves, since pokemon in game are restricted to four moves. These three, along with its ability to shape shift between Normal, Attack, Defense, and Speed forms, make it an absolute monster.
