   Need to refreshen myself up on Abara, but I know Nihei(spelling?)tends to make his characters pretty powerful. If it’s the series I’m thinking of, I recall a few instances of characters breaking the sound barrier and I think they survived a planetary explosion at one point. Although I might be getting his work mixed up, since he tends to use a lot of the same names and concepts throughout his stuff(at least it seems that way to me).

   First chapter feat. Itou Denji traveled 50 km and had a battle across entire city against white Gauna (who could keep up with him just fine). We are given timeframe for this in chapter 2. It was done in several minutes. Keep in mind that it took police some time to find Itou after the fight, so he actually done this all even faster. Itou was blitzed by another character in chapter 2.

Also, that whole fight took place in less than a second. I’m no math wizard, so hopefully Mea, Rag, Aelfinn, Tarbel, TMWtA, or SuperCombine stop by and science the feat for us. There’s a chunk of building that was going to crush a cop, Kudou pulverizes chunk of building, fight starts, fight ends, pulverized chunk of building harmlessly falls onto said cop.

   Yep. This is what I like about Nihei works. He loves to do speed characters and they all do not have low end feats.
   Abara verse have the slowest speed in all his works though, still this may be enough to keep up with Claymore verse.

    That battle was felt like an earthquake in nearby regions and completely wrecked the local landscape. When they changed to their fully Awakened forms their power rose by an order of magnitude (actual character statement- a.mfcdn.net/store/manga/186/11-063.0/compressed/nclaymore_v11c063_kindred_of_paradise_ii.claymore_v11_174.jpg).

    Priscilla stomped him so hard it’s not even funny (general reaction was more along the lines of “slackjawed shock”), and Teresa stomped all over Priscilla even harder than that.

    BTW, does Abara even have a way to beat Priscilla’s “regeneration”?

    The quicksword was calced at 5 digit mach figures, and that’s before Teresa used her own version of it to cut so many times so fast that the result was the victims being reduced to dust in the blink of an eye.

    If you talking about water scene is was widely accepted to be a huge outliner. I can also use horsemen who outraced Teresa too. Also normal humans in Claymore can often tell what is going on, while in Abara they do not even know about white gauna. Not because those are rare, but because gauna are this fast. So no, maybe Teresa and Priscilla in low five digit, but the rest are most certanly no.

    a) That looks like multiple simultaneous attacks rather than a rapid succession, so the required speed is much much lower.
    b) Not having time to scream means, at best, that it happened quicker than human reaction time, which would make the timeframe ~0.2 seconds.
    .
    There’s also the fact that actually reducing someone to dust by cutting her repeatedly (five someones in fact) would requires such a retardedly f**koff huge number of slashes that doing it so fast that a massively superhuman observer didn’t even realize she attacked would blow the above feat out of the water even if we assume rapid succession rather than simultaneous attack.

    @Aelfinn Post 13. One has it at Mach 215, the other has it at Mach 14,854.427. Although, there is a link there on how many frames per second a human can see. Could help with a certain Anime trope that someone on this site has their panties in a bunch over.
