The Punisher from Marvel. (enter the Warzone, Nightmare and 2011-2012 feats and weapons)
Big Boss from Metal Gear. (has all weapons from Peace Walker and Snake Eater and can call in ammo like in Peace Walker)
Deathstroke from DC. (no nth metal armor and New 52 weapons and feat)
They will go up against
T-101 from Terminator (have all weapons from movies), Old Robocop (have all his gadgets and weapons from movies) and not Death Star version of IG-88 (Star Wars: Old EU, have all his weapons, but not ships or Death Star).
Fight takes place in the setting of I Am Legend (no vampires).
Who will win?
If the T-800 syberdine systems model 101 gets all the weapons his model has ever been seen using (sticking only to the movies) than he has :
AMT “Hardballer” .45 longslide with laser sight –Uzi 9mm –SPAS-12 –M-79 Grenade Launcher –AR-18 –M-134A2 Vulcan Minigun –Model 1887 lever-action shotgun –Glock 18 with extended (33 round) magazine –Remington 870 –Heckler & Koch UMP45 –Heckler & Koch G36K –Browning M1919A4 –Sage Control SL-6 Rotary 37mm grenade Launcher –Type 69 RPG (4 rockets only) –Smith & Wesson Model 15 –Ithaca 37 pump shotgun –Colt/Detonics M1911A1 Series 70 Hybrid –MM1 grenade launcher (tear gas grenade rounds) –Colt “Commando” CAR-15 Variant…………and that’s not even touching future tech or weapons from the new movie Genesys. That’s a lot of fucking firepower.
I don’t think Stroke rocks the nth metal. He slimmed down with a newer suit. Pretty heat and explosion proof.
He also got another set of blade that morphs. Not much on them now other the slicing a big vault door. Even then with his normal swords he slashes through body armor. He also carrys an assortment of fire arms(handguns and sniper rifle) and explosive.
Deathstroke is probably the biggest threat on team 1. If he gets in close there really isn’t much team 2 has to counter him in melee as far as i know
IG-88’s gas canisters should do some good, they contain Hex.
–
So IG-88 has a rifle and a carbine that he carries around.
How would a chaff grenade effect team techno? How big does the bullet have to be to hurt them as well?
What can IG-88 do, it looks so fragile?

How would a chaff grenade effect team techno? How big does the bullet have to be to hurt them as well?
———- spoilers ahead
Well, in the new movie a 50cal sniper round was able to do deactivate the original T-800 by punching a hole through a certain spot in its upper torso.
IG-88 is more durable than his skeletal frame would imply, and if I remember right is bolstered by a shield generated by a small…shield generator
–
His primary weapons usually on his person:
A280 armor piercing blaster (definitely going to be useful)
Pulse cannon
DAS-430 electromagnetic projectile launcher(probably only useful against Big Boss if any of them)
Repeating blaster
Sonic stunner
Paralysis cord
Poison gas, Trilon gas, and Trifaraleen gas
Thermal detonators
Needle dart gun
Butcher vibroblade
Concussion grenade
Throwing flechettes
Wide-dispersal radiation grenades
Computer input port
Broadband antenna
Blaster reflective palms(and the reflexes to use them)
Heat and motion sensors
Highly advanced trackers
Acid-proof servo wires
Armor nearly impenetrable from external attack and a Cutting laser in one of the fingers on the right arm.
–
not all of it is necessarily useful but its all either built in or carried
–
One of those gasses also is capable of turning an adult male Wookie to dust in seconds need to check which one..

and here’s his shield in action blocking a lightsaber

IG-88’s reflexes
–
“Chief Technician Loruss -Target Number Two- yanked a high-powered laser rifle from her station. Being one of his primary designers, she knew exactly where to fire at IG-88, and he was momentarily concerned. She must have kept the weapon at hand just in case one of her creations went renegade. This showed surprising forthought.
Loruss pointed the rifle and fired without hesitation-but a human’s aiming capabilities were not as sophisticated as IG-88′s.
As the bolt roared toward him, IG-88 assessed his body parts, chose the smooth reflective portion on the palm of his left hand, and raised it in a flash, calculating the precise angle of incidence. The burning laser bolt struck the mirrorized hand and sprang back toward Loruss. The beam struck her in the center of her bald forrehead, and her skull popped in an explosion of wet black-and-red smoke. She tumbled.”
-pg. 8 Therefore I am
———————
And found it, its the Trifaraleen gas that turns organic matter to dust.
IG-88 has the afore mentioned gas canisters. He has wrist rockets, dart guns, has some built in blasters, high speed reactions, and hands that reflect lasers.
@Ordo
one of his guns is also a weapon normally used as a mounted turret by humans, but yeah that Trifaraleen gas is straight going to fuck over team soldier.
But dual wielding the Star Wars versions of a turret and a light machine gun and having 360 vision and sensors means that IG-88 is capable of being the primary lay down rain of blazing plasma death on the meatbags bot with Robocop and the T-800 providing cover as required. If they get close then they get gassed,
–
Also does Old Robocop get his animated series feats? Just curious. Still all gadgets from the movies includes…stupid as it was…a jetpack and a rifle that turns humans into chunks of meat and blood.
–
Is it just me or is the Robosquad just a wee bit stacked as hell.

Big Boss, not sure. I could add Phantom Pain weapons and what not but we don’t know exactly what that all entails

Since your here which I Am Legend verse is this?
The Will Smith movie
one of the other movies
the original book
–
I’d say the best bet for the Soldiers would be either turn a building into a fortified position (or in the sewers alternatively possibly preferably) or minimize contact for hit and run tactics as much as possible. Possibly more the latter as with IG-88’s grendades he can take decent sized chunks out of the walls of buildings particularly the Thermal Dets
–
All of this said I have no idea what kind of toys Big Boss has.

I will say this, anything smaller than a 50cal round or explosives may as well be disguarded since the T-800(arguably the least durable of the three on team 2) shrugs off most small arms fire.
Yeah what does it say when the Robot who practically invented the concept of unstoppable killing machine (or made it famous) is the LEAST durable member of his squad. Though even with the fifty cal or any of the heavy weapons its going to have to destroy the power source (what Sarah did in the beginning of Genisys) or remove the head and CPU.
Robocop has survived things that killed T-800’s
IG-88 is made of durasteel and has a forcefield
–
That said all three are packing serious heat, IG-88 is dual wielding the Star Wars version of a 50 cal turret and a light machine gun and thats just his main weapons, Robocop has that fuck whoever I hit gun and didn’t he have a rocket launcher or something at one point, and presumably the T-800 gets its future plasma guns? And even without that he has the minigun grenade launcher and RPG.
–
The more I think about it team soldier really is probably better off not staying in a single location team robotic death is going to tear through any building like tissue paper given enough time and return fire is going to be tricky
I think you guys are underestimating Big Boss here.
/
Sure, his bullets won’t be hurting team techno anytime soon, but that’s only for his weapons that uses bullets.
Big Boss has tons of explosive weaponry that will toss team techno or hurt techno.
/
RPGs will hurt and toss around team techno around.
It’s an RPG for goodness sake and can destroy or toss around vehicles.
And he has tons of RPGs and ammo for each of them.
/
Big Boss can lay down explosives such as land mines, TNT or C3. Then, he can throw a chaff grenade to disable anything that could allow them to detect explosives and lure them into the explosives.
/
Then, there are his grenades.
Sure, the regular ones are not going to do well, but those are not the best.
His chaff grenades will make radar, motion detector, sonar, or electronic gear for a short while.
If a firefight or location is going bad for them, his smoke grenade and and stun grenade can cover the area in smoke or light to make team soldier escape.
And, if said firefight is going really, really bad, he can use a white phosphorus grenade which ignites the oxygen and burns at 2800 degrees celsius. That will be extremely painful for techno(‘cept IG-88 due to durasteel and shielding)
/
Then, there’s his railgun in Peace Walker that can deal over 10 megajoules.
That will rip T-101 in one shot and maybe Robocop in two shots if not one. That weapon will also be a major pain since that weapon would be in Star Wars’ fire power assuming the megajoule calcs are being used here.
Sure, it requires a second person to charge it, but Snake has help here with Deathstroke and Punisher, and his bullet time feats make sure that he won’t miss.
“I think you guys are underestimating Big Boss here.”

If he can handle Metal gears, pretty sure he can handle team 2 which are similar in terms of ‘techno’. Didn’t Solid snake burned him alive and he still survived?
@hellboy
“If he can handle Metal gears, pretty sure he can handle team 2 which are similar in terms of ‘techno’. Didn’t Solid snake burned him alive and he still survived?”
/
Nah, he actually died that time in Metal Gear 2.
I think you are referring to the first Metal Gear game where he survived the fight with Solid Snake. There was no burning there IIRC.
/
However, while lacking in durability, he far exceeds anyone here in pure strength.

She thrashed him a bit before and after that but he gets back up after they are done. Even gives a nod to his regen by mentioning that she’ll eventually tire herself out beating on him like that; while he’ll still be able to stand back up.

If he loses or just wants his sword back it comes to him, regardless what’s in its way apparently

The Newest Punisher comic shows Frank getting shot buy a Chain Gun, getting up shooting the guy who shot him, then walking through 2-3 more pistol shots just to stab a guy.
–
And hes not done, he then leapt out of a window a few stories up landed. Whipped out his pistol and proceeded to shoot 12 people dead
–
He also used Satans claw that one time

While the Punisher and Big Boss keeps the team 2 busy from the distance, Deathstroke takes the advantage by getting closer. Team 1 can win this match fairly easily and Deathstroke can fully use his brain unlike humans with only 10%.
Still don’t see how they avoid being turned into dust or melted by IG-88.
By blasting him first, that’s the only way I can see it happening
–
I mean he throws the gas grenade and all of these guys are soldiers and smart enough to know to avoid grenades and gas bombs but that’s if they can and if they don’t decide “ill just hold my breath” or something like that
–
You also have a group of soliders who routinely deal with people that bullets don’t hurt and can and have come up with plans on the fly so its not outside character to not attack the robots head on and just try to keep it a distance game
–
Which brings into play snipers, RPGs, C4,C3, claymores etc etc
–
I know punisher has in his arsenal
“a high powered skrull rifle” with which he almost successfully shot someone through the head with from four miles away. Only reason he failed was because sentry caught the bullet
–
www.thegreengoblinshideout.com/_/rsrc/1293126040127/everyone-else/punisher_1005.jpg
–
But that’s more for the terminator and robo cop, IG-88 has a shield I believe but would that shield drop if a chaff grenade was used?
“Still don’t see how they avoid being turned into dust or melted by IG-88.”
–
The gas thing apparently dissipates quickly so it isn’t going to be saturating an area. Which means he has to make sure it gets to them before they can move.
–
How would he be melting them?

Chaff won’t work on IG-88 the only chaff gernades in Star Wars are EU Karen Travis ones that take the bite out of any energy weapon.
–
They don’t need to breathe in the Trifaraleen gas, and the hex will melt you just by being in the gas, a single shallow breath of hex will mostly destroy your lungs. It’s pretty ugly.
–
Quote for how bad Hex is is in Star Wars Crosscurrent. Also has interesting hyperspace time travel.
@Ordo
“Still don’t see how they avoid being turned into dust or melted by IG-88.”
/
Big Boss has a railgun that is over 10 megajoules along with various RPGs, or he can make traps with tons of explosives.
That should allow trade blows with team techno
/
@Amm0
No, the chaff grenade wouldn’t drop his shield.
However, it should prevent radar, sonar, or any detection gear from tracking Team Soldier because of the way the chaff grenade works.
Did know this was a thing but at some point Castle was “Soldier” supreme

I am not going to lie. Never heard or seen Punisher’s exo suit before, but it…fits him and looks B.A.

Does he still have that armor tho and uses it?
I don’t see the suit in the comics you specified.
“I am not going to lie. Never heard or seen Punisher’s exo suit before, but it…fits him and looks B.A.”

Yeah I like it as well
–
“Does he still have that armor tho and uses it?”
–
Nope according to the page lowk linked too their both broken
–
“I don’t see the suit in the comics you specified.”
–
The suits are busted, so not here but I did increase punishers arsenal in post #13. All main stream feats and weapons with in reason ofcourse. No alternate dimensions or Ultimate etc feats.
Do they have suits set up for like EVA stuff? That seems to be the only suits that really seem to stand up to Hex.
–
So basically they are all now uber hax mode. Wonderful.
“So basically they are all now uber hax mode. Wonderful.”
/
Not “uber hax mode” exactly, but more like given tons of weapons
Only Punisher was given all weapons after the specification.
Big Boss had the railgun, RPGs, and explosives ever since the match was made.
Deathstroke didn’t really change that much.
/
Not that it’s a bad thing. It just shows how powerful team techno is.
I was the one who brought up team techno knowing how powerful both teams were under the specifications.
Here’s Eastwood’s quickdraw.
youtu.be/MgCz9qNaVJY?t=41
The Man With No Name was the one that started the accurate quickdraw from the waist.
Does anyone have any response to Hex?
–
So IG-88 also has an anti-vehicle cannon apparently, why does a long range duel have any advantage against a droid who deflects lasers with his hands back at the person shooting, he probably has light speed reaction so he should be able to place precise shots on the enemy.
“Does anyone have any response to Hex?”
/
Lowk already did.
/
“So IG-88 also has an anti-vehicle cannon apparently, why does a long range duel have any advantage against a droid who deflects lasers with his hands back at the person shooting,”
/
Because a railgun, grenades, and explosives can be deflected apparently.
/
“he probably has light speed reaction so he should be able to place precise shots on the enemy.”
/
That would be true if the beam goes at lightspeed.
No he did not respond to the fact that they need basically space suits to last more than 5 seconds in either one of the gas clouds with them holding their breath. Trifallen litterally disintegrates you in 2 or 3 seconds whether or not you hold your breathe or have anything but a space suit on.
“Does anyone have any response to Hex?”
–
How fast is the delivery method? I mean if its thrown then any of them should be capable of avoiding it.
Also has it been used on anything with an accelerated healing factor?
===
Do any of the Techno have a resostance to EMPs?
Hex is used as the cleanup agent for secret imperial cloning projects, with Luke Skywalker clones, Palpatine clones, and various other nasty force users, unfortunately they got out before it was deployed, then they killed everyone. This is in Crosscurrent. In the book when they are worried about Hex fumes, they put on vac suits.
–
I believe he uses a launcher or a spray system. FoC game has a spray for Trifallen, and I believe IG-88 is emp resistant.
@Ordo11
But Lowk did say that they can be avoided.
This is aside from the fact that Big Boss has a railgun for IG-88 to worry about.
/
@Lowk
I think I remember posting a youtube video of Robocop holding on to a generator to you.
Granted, he was down for a few seconds, but he held on to it for 16 seconds.
Good enough for E.M.P. resistance?
