If you had to pick one of these two as your legal representation in a court of law, who would you want on your side?

They both awesome, but I like Phoenix a bit more:

I’m putting my faith in Slippin Jimmy. The guy is a masterful attorney that also doesn’t care about breaking the law. I can’t trust a guy that yells objection like he’s about to ejaculate Ki.

Wright all the way. Partly because I love using that!

That depends: do I get HT and Saul’s ‘A-team’ to come with him?

Phoenix Wright for if I am being framed.
He has solved tons of various different cases that are largely stacked against his odds and he has proven that his defendents aren’t guilty, and with a somewhat dumb/silly judge that sides with the prosecutor.
One of the cases was years old and barely had proof to defend the defendent. It was also well covered by the main antagonist.
He’s easily capable of pointing out contradictions, brings evidence from the crime scene to prove innocence/guilt, and closely examine people for body language/actions that show a lie.
It doesn’t help that one of his standard equipment is some kind of mystical stone that allows him to break mental barriers to learn truth from uncooperative witnesses.
He’s defeated other successful attorneys/prosecutors such as Miles EdgeWorth, Manfred Von Karma, Franziska von Karma, and Godot.
But, if I am actually guilty of a crime…
    Yeah, I’ll call Saul.
Phoenix Wright won’t help me if I am guilty.
We should bring up Matt Murdock vs Phoenix Wright in court.
    Maybe She-Hulk.

Also, if we allow outside help for Saul, we should give Phoenix, Maya.
    She’s a spirit medium.
She can talk to the dead.
    She can perform exorcisms IIRC.
    And stuff

Big AA fan here, I’m literally currently playing AA music for the love of god
If we allow outside help, we’ll include Apollo, Athena, Maya(for channeling the victim) Pearl(for channeling Mia), Professor Layton, Phoenix’s legal daughter, Ema Skye, and pretty much everyone who goes to his side in court.
The real question is, “Am I guilty?”
Because IIRC Phoenix actually almost won the last case in Justice for All without him knowing the client was actually guilty (well technically, the client did hire an assassin, but you get the deal).

In his later years he actually used forged evidence (no, not the diary page that got him fired), he used a fake card with fakd blood in order to prove himself innocent, and he got away with it. He even made an entirely new way of judging someone (by adding a jury to the courts) just to bring down you-know-who. In short, he was puppeteering the entire Apollo Justice game just to get his badge back.

Another thing that he did is bring down a company (with help, of course) that was blackmailing everyone that had information on them.

Two years later he exorcised his dead girlfriend from Maya, and brought down the real killer, *cough*godot*cough* by his own. Mia even praised him and said that he didn’t need anymore help.
