Sylar (Heroes) will go up against Batman (DC Comics)
Sylar has been preying on the meta human population in Gotham as of late, and the GCPD is stumped at the murders. People turned into gold, heads completely ripped open, even deadly electrical deaths.
Batman finally encounters Sylar, one night, after he catches him in the act. Batman has had 15 minutes before the encounter to prepare for the confrontation (which takes place on a rooftop).
Composite Sylar (meaning every ability he’s had).
New 52 Batman.
Who wins?
Huh, well… composite Sylar has only one place where he can be killed and he can move it at will…

Oh my. I’d say Sylar will realize he has no powers and shut Gordon’s brain off for the interruption.
Even if it were Bruce i’d go with Sylar, i mean the guy can go nuclear!.
Can bats even counter T.K.? let alone sy’s myriad of other powers.
Well to be fair, Batman is stealthy enough to evade Superman so him getting a surprise attack on Sylar is entirely reasonable.
But could he make it count?
Think this is a current list of Sylar’s powers:
–
Telekinesis from Brian Davis (Six Months Ago)
Shattering from Trevor Zeitlan (Villains)
Freezing from James Walker (Don’t Look Back)
Melting from Zane Taylor (Run!)
Enhanced hearing from Dale Smither (Unexpected)
Precognition from Isaac Mendez (.07%)
Induced radioactivity from Ted Sprague (Landslide)
He lost the above abilities thanks to a virus but has since recovered them.
–
And then gained these:
Rapid cellular regeneration from Claire Bennet (The Second Coming)
Alchemy from Bob Bishop (The Butterfly Effect)
Clairsentience from Bridget Bailey (One of Us, One of Them)
Sound manipulation from Jesse Murphy (One of Us, One of Them)
Electric manipulation from Elle Bishop (It’s Coming)
Lie detection from Sue Landers (Our Father)
Imprinting from Joe Macon (Out of Town… On Business)
Shape shifting from James Martin (Into Asylum)
Disintegration from Tom Miller (I Am Sylar)
Flight from Nathan Petrelli (An Invisible Thread)
Empathy from Lydia (Let It Bleed)
–
(Side note, Vader vs Sora’s animation is done- now for rendering and editing!)

It’s hard to sneak up on somebody on a rooftop while wearing a mech. And even so, what could he do? He doesn’t know Sylar’s skillset.

–
He always runs around in that? Scenario says he came across Sylar while on his rounds.
He always runs around in that?
—
Afaik, Gordon isn’t a Superhuman like Bruce, so he does kinda need the suit to properly “function” as Batman.

Was it intended to be Bat-Gordon?
Was it intended to be Bat-Gordon?

No, I suggested this last month, before Bruce “died”.
—
Gordon can be a separate round.
Well then Batman calls in the batmobile to batlaser him up into pieces… BATMAN!

not sure batman can get ready for all these skills and powers in 15 minutes.
So Sylar win here?
So Sylar win here?

I’d give Batman a better chance if Sylar wasn’t pretty much immune to conventional attacks because of his regen.
–
Claire’s regen can recover from:
An injury where her neck was broken and turned around 180 degrees.
Getting shot in the neck.
Loss of limb.
And I recall her walking out of a burning house and healing that up- but it’s not listed in the wiki for some reason; it was full-on “oh yeah, she’s well done” burnt.
–
So he’s borderline immune to being hit, and it’s mentioned he’s pretty pain resistant too thanks to that power.
–
Add in his other abilities that he uses very freely and yeah, I don’t think Batman stands a big chance.
Batman just doesn’t typically carry the right tools for the job; unless he routinely carries around a really powerful tranquilizer and can get to Sylar to administer it.
Or rip his head off, that would work if he could pull it off.
“unless he routinely carries around a really powerful tranquilizer and can get to Sylar to administer it.”

His gauntlets fire projectile tranqs as well as emit a powerful sleeping gas. He also carries a gauntlet attachment that is basically a tranq submachine-gun.

Claire’s healing was also used to tank a nuclear explosion at the end of season 1.
