TIE Fighter (Video)

TIE Fighter battle from the Empire’s perspective, drawn with Macross/Robotech styling and fantastically overboard 80’s guitar music.

    This has been around, with different sound effects and music here and there. Wish somebody would give this guy some money and a team to actually make something for Star Wars. Would be epic.

    I am a sucker for Macross style anything, more so mixed with insane 80’s rock.

    I found this when I used “Anime” and “Star Wars” on youtube’s search engine.
    It’s really great. Thanks for showing this admin.

    (picks jaw up from floor) Damnnnnnn! that was awesome!!!!!!!.

    You know it’s funny Star Wars fans create incredible fanfilms on Youtube all the time.
    With a ton of care and effort, while all Trekkies create are shots of Star Destroyers firing
    intercut with Riker and Picard snikering like schoolgirls going “lasers? tee hee”.

    I think it’s clear what fan base is cooler, or at least better at spending their free time.

    Agreed, Star Wars has some cool fanfilms out there.

    Makes me wish Warhammer fans would do something like this. I’ve read up on some pretty intense and amazing battlee that would look awesome if animated. Odd how GW hasn’t done something visual wise with it.

    What? Star Trek has dozens of fan made, life action films and have even continued the original series for several seasons. This is awesome, but it’s just one fan made anime, compared to something like this:youtu.be/1W1_8IV8uhA

    I’d say that’s more of a professionally done indie production than a fan film.
    Still it’s totally f-ing awesome!!!, better than everything in DS9 and Voyager put together.

    Why can’t something like that be the new show?, i’d watch that every week!.

    @MrRyder
    There is a fan-made 40k movie in the works called lord inquisitor. So far it looks awesome.

    Also, i really want a tv show of this, with the star destroyer captain and the pilots of the tie fighter, bomber, and interceptor as the main characters.
