   The viruses will merge making a super virus, kill each other off, or you get two warring virus factions constantly fighting for dominance. Most likely Blackwatch and Umbrella Corp are screwed.

   It will ensure complete global saturation.

   I’m assuming this takes place a bit before Resident Evil Zero?
   I don’t think Resident Evil protagonists will survive. They struggle with bosses.
   The Blacklight virus practically makes any enemy an elite mook or boss in the Resident Evil universe.
   With scheming antagonists in the games, it will go global instead of contained in a city.
   If Ada Wong, Albert Wesker, or Hunk gain a sample of the Blacklight virus, horrible unspeakable things will happen.

   Blackwatch is sort of indirectly responsible for the creation of blacklight by gentek right? Would genetek be apart of this scenario?
   Wesker further amped by blacklight would be a pretty ridiculous combo.
   If not Blackwatch would probably have backed something like umbrella in place of gentek.

   Do they get Blacklight? or is it just them as an organization?.
   Cause if its just them without their virus or super soldiers then Blackwatch
   is just another group that’ll fall, probably to Umbrella or the BSAA.

   I’m imagining Mercer and Wesker teaming up… tis a terrifying thought. Actually that sounds pretty fun, I might suggest that.

    Has there ever actually been anything supernatural in the RE verse? To me. They have anyways skirted the edge of that with science.
