   Movie Shield is useless, and their all mighty helicarrier was brought down by a couple of arrows.

   I watch Agents of Shield, they currently are down in numbers, severely. However, their agents are vastly superior to MIB’s in terms of combat and they have a lot of innovative weaponry. The hellicarrier for one wouldn’t even be used. Coulson’s team operate the Bus which is more like the Blackbird in X men, complete with advanced cloaking technology. Also technically some of the Avengers are part of Shield: Captain America, Hawkeye, and Black Widow. They also have Bobbi and Melinda Mae. Just 2 of them would run through MIB headquarters. There is also a matter of the metahumans they keep locked up. If they’re in play, one of them causes anything in his radius to lose consciousness if he utters a word. In the last episode he roared and knocked out a stadium with football players, cheerleaders, and birds in the sky.

   -One of the arrows blew up one of the engines. Not an ordinary arrow. It would’ve been the same result if Hawkeye had used an AA Missle.
   -Didn’t one of the arrows have a flash drive attached to it with a virus? Same result if Hawkeye just walked up and put it in there. He just wanted style…

   Winter Soldier events were part of the fall out from the Agents of Shield episodes where Hydra revealed themselves within the ranks of Shield. Shield is back up and under the command of Coulson rather than Fury, who stepped down.

   As I recall MIB either sends Aliens off world that break the rules or exterminate them. Shield houses metahumans in secure facilities and in some cases uses them in the field. Deathlocke for instance was briefly turned into an agent while he had the Extremis in him. And their best hacker, Skye, recently acquired powers from Cree technology that enables her to cause seismic activity, though she’s still struggling to control it.

   I don’t know how good she really is but SHIELD also has Daisy Johnson aka Quake. I doubt she’s at her comic counterpart’s level in terms of what she can do with her powers but she is still there.

    Right now she’s a mess. All she’s done is shake the Bus and shatter glass before calming down or being knocked out. They recently found out she’d been directing her powers inwards instead of suppressing them which resulted in her breaking a lot of her bones.

    Well upside, Sky bounced back a bullet that was fired and shattered a tree, and her power seems to be control of all vibrations apparently.
    Downside, she may or may not be part of SHIELD anymore.
