   They are humans who dramatically advanced their evolution with a neural implant. They can move through dimensions, catch bullets, they have a form of precog that comes from their view of the world through their advanced understanding of mathematics and they can travel freely through time, witnessing every major event in history, including the creation of universe.

   Are Side B’s Forces allowed to time-travel back to the start of the fighting if things don’t go well for them?

   They sound like Bullet-Timers actually.

   How much effort do the observers take to travel through time or dimensions?
   Right now i’m slightly leaning to the Agents due to their enhanced strength and speed as their ability to dodge bullets should be able to move into close quarter combat.

   That would be unfair. But yes they have the ability to react to and catch bullets and the durability for that not to hurt them.

   Time travel is easy, but they use other tech for that. Moving through dimensions is effortless. As shown in one of the videos above, even after Peter just starts getting his observer powers, he’s able to teleport behind the Observer and snap his neck.

   Welp, sounds a bit stompish towards the Observers as they could just teleport behind the Agents and just shoot them in the back of the head.

   Considering the reaction time and movement speed of the Agents, that’s not a trick that can be relied on to work the whole fight.

   While the Agents can react to bullets, they don’t have precog to be aware that the Observers will in a instant teleport behind them and pull the trigger.

    I was assuming all the observers teleport behind all the agents at the same time and all of them fire at the same time.

    The agents have super-human (or atleast peak-human) strenght, agility and endurance.

    The fight previously post did show that the Observers isn’t above normal humans in CQ, except for the teleportation. Neither did the Fringe wiki mention anything extraordinary.

    They can catch bullets and in the video I posted, once Peter got more of his Observer power he punched one of them 10 feet back.

    Yeah, he was bleeding out his mouth. But he got back up, and then got his neck snapped.

    Any other physical feats for the observers?

    Teleporting will help in a fight but that observer against Peter didn’t even teleport away when the precog should’ve predicted that, so does that mean they have to concentrate to teleport?

    Seeing as both are bullet timers and may have to go H2H, the agents enhanced strength and speed will give them the win.
