Does Halo still have horrible weaponry?
Don’t know much about PS, need to do research.
I feel like Forerunners will stomp.
Found this for now about PS:

I think I played some phantasy star a while ago on 360… but I don’t remember that much. I should ask a friend.

Phantasy Star’s Magic Systems also happened to be an influence of sorts on The Potter-world’s and Dot Hack’s(.Hack’s) own Magic Systems, and I even heard that the latter was also directly inspired by Phantasy Star as well.
Not The Best-cited out of the links noted, but it’s just right here more or less at Comment #19 of the link, and if anyone needs then I’ll go look for more links as well.
Since Phantasy Star influenced both Worlds dear to me, I’d reckon this will be an intriguing match to behold.
Either way, if needed, does the Halo Side have access to Mass-Produced Scarab Guns?
Depending on how powerful the PS bosses are, the Halo side will need them.
Also, what about the guys and ghouls from Red vs Blue for that matter fighting for Halo?
This fight sounds interesting to me, either way considering the Magic Systems in Phantasy Star as well.
Red vs Blue isn’t canon is it? Even if the guys appear as Easter Eggs- the timeline’s don’t match up right correctly, and they have powers that don’t exist in the Halo universe.

Never played Phantasy Star, but as a RPG I imagine there’s some high-tier stuff that’s supposed to be in it, although they aren’t likely to stand against the hard numbers modern games give us.
Red versus blue is not canon…
Neither are Scarab Guns…
Can somebody tell me about Phantasy Star? Because I’m not sure how they’d manage to take out the Forerunners, Ancient Humanity, Precursors, or the Flood.
Phantasy Star is what SEGA uses to make us western fans cry. RIP US Release of Phantasy Star Online II. T_T
Here’s some visuals, to get you acquainted. It’s basically if Japan did 40k. Medeival Fantasy in space. Horrible bizarre nightmare monsters want to destroy everything. Magic and Guns working together in harmony. Elves (newman), Robots (CAST), Werebeasts (beast), demons (duman), humans, mages and swordsmen and snipers. It’s all there, with an extremely flashy anime sci-fi flare.

I should mention that the video Rookie showed was basically an army of boss characters. The flying things are particularly annoying and the boss fight with one feels like it takes forever.
@Sauroposeidon.
That’s pretty awesome. But Forerunners have relatively primitive battle suits that are legitimate threats to entire continents. And even if they lose the ground war the real battle is in space. What’re their fleets like?
I don’t know if we really know much about their fleet strength.

Isn’t Dark Falz (creature from the first video) is a non-corporeal entity that exist as long as evil exist?
Also this sounds dangerous too: phantasystar.wikia.com/wiki/The_Profound_Darkness
