During the start of the Covenant Wars, the UNSC has caught the attention of the energy beings known as the Drej, who are now bent upon destroying the human race.
This is a fight between Halo’s UNSC and the Drej of Titan A.E. and takes place within human-controlled space of the pre-war Halo universe. Will the USNC be able to fend off the Drej, or will they drown in a river of blood?
This match is right before the events of the first Halo game (Master Chief is still in this fight since he was made before the actual Halo timeline began).
Which side will claim victory?
What can Drej do?
Uh… about the only feat we have for the Drej is their mothership blowing up Earth. It was quite spectacular, but that’s about it. We don’t even see if their fleet consists of anything other than said mothership and its handful on-board fighters. : /

You mean this?

UNSC would probably win because the drej are so fucking fragile, it’s not funny, there ships are easily destroyed from hand held weapons much less the troops, said hand held blasters can do some damage do unarmoured humans
“You mean this?”
That’s about it, yeah. I can’t seem to find an actually good clip of the entire scene, but I’m compelled to post one for thoroughness’ sake, so this will have to do for now (I warn you, it’s not exactly high quality…):
From about 5:10 to 5:57.

That said, that’s literally the only good feat for the Drej. We don’t know their FTL speed, sensor capability, production capability, numbers, fleet strength, or anything at all.
ne comment about the unsc picture though, that’s post-war symbol.
The Drej mothership is powered by a white dwarf star and destroys planets by causing them to rotate at such high velocities that it’s centrifugal force overpowers its gravity and causes the planet to be torn apart.
–
The Drej are manufactured using a machine called the Lanoor and they themselves are made out of pure energy which-like all energy if Einstein is to be believed-is never really destroyed but dispersed.
–
As for their planet-killing feat, it should be noted that the Covenant require more ships and more time to destroy a planet, whereas the Drej were easily able to destroy a planet in a manner of seconds.
–
The fighters are small, yes, but also made of pure energy and can be considered the inanimate members of the Drej based on shared characteristics.
–
The Drej can regenerate lost limbs in seconds and are able to convert light energy into heat energy in order to produce energy attacks able to burn through metal and starships.
–
The Drej seem weak, but keep in mind that they were only defeated when they were absorbed into the core of the Titan and converted into planet-producing energy, bringing to question if they can be defeated by the UNSC which only boasts subpar weaponry compared to the residents of the Titan A.E universe which-in my opinion-were able to dissipate the Drej drones’ bodies by overloading their bodies with another source of energy (much like a lightbulb burning out).
